Bike seized in ASBO

An 18-year-old has had his bike confiscated as part of ASBO legislation after letting a 15-year-old ride it.

According to hawicktoday.co.uk (Click here for full story – external site) police stopped the rider in Hawick and charged him with having no licence, no insurance and no MoT.
