Site use up 50% 04-05

A massive 50% more pages were viewed on motorcyclenews.com in 2005 compared with 2004 – by close to a million more unique users.

You viewed a total of 57,653,796 pages on the site in the last 12 months.

Our total number of unique users (the number of individual users coming to the site) rocketed too, with 3,235,884 of you visiting in 2005 – up 38.5% on 2004. That’s 899,700 more of you joining in the motorcyclenews.com experience throughout the year.

You made a total of 6,661,753 visits to the site in 2005 – up 921,042 on 2004 (up 16%).

2005 also saw motorcyclenews.com scoop the biggest award in the business. We were named the Interactive Consumer Magazine of the Year at the prestigious PPA Awards (see link, right).

Our latest monthly figures are positive too. December 2005 saw 3,820,370 page impressions – up 11.5% y-o-y. Unique users were up to 228,941 (up 13,6%) and visits up to 466,950 (up 10,7%)
