Mirror, signal, 25p fine

Police in Phnom Penh are having a massive crackdown on incorrectly positioned, insufficient sized or missing wing mirrors on motorcycles and scooters in the city.

According to the police chief, bikers who do not meet mirror requirements will be invoiced with a fine.

Those with no mirrors will be fined around 50p, while improperly positioned mirrors will cost you 25p.
