Witness appeal

A biker involved in an accident that occurred around 11:30am on July 30 in the village of Crainlarick, Scotland is appealing for five other riders who gave assistance to get in touch.

Philip Hale, who is still recovering from his injuries, said the incident happened when a driver pulled out in front of him. Hale said he remembered the driver walking around the car park apologising and admitting the accident was his fault.

The driver now disputes this claim. Hale said those that stopped to help did not see the accident, but would have heard the driver claim responsibility. Hale is asking for these bikers who witnessed the driver admit fault to contact MCN.
