Make the resort’s Swinging Shillelagh Irish Bar your meeting point to hook up with fellow users throughout the weekend. The website’s team will be hosting a pre-party night warm-up on Saturday afternoon – from 4pm-7.30pm (October 8).

From 4.30pm-5.30pm you’ll be able to meet members of the MCN BabeSquad. We’ll be giving away some of our brand new and exclusive motorcyclenews.com T-shirts and MCN goody bags (numbers will be limited – first come, first served).

DJ Matt Charge will be performing throughout – creating an oasis of cool sounds.

Matt has played some of the best clubs there are including Space in Ibiza, Lakota in Bristol and The Escape club in Brighton. How have we conned him into playing the Swinging Shillelagh? The promise of beer and the threat of pain was all it took – oh – and he happens to be one of the motorcyclenews.com team.

You’ll also have the chance to bag some cracking items in a live charity version of MCN Auctions. Proceeds go to Riders For Health and items already confirmed include a signed copy of Rossi’s autobiography and a signed James Toseland picture.

And you’ll be able to challenge the MCN team to a race – on the latest bike games for the Playstation 2.

Day visitors will also be welcome for the duration of our warm-up bash at the Swinging Shillelagh. Day tickets are available on the gate at Butlins, Skegness on both Saturday and Sunday October 8 and 9.
