Show T-shirt - sexist?

The NEC Show official T-shirt has been accused of being sexist and making women feel excluded.

The cartoon-babe image is the only choice as a souvenir T-shirt – and that’s annoyed Australian rider Cheryl Laing – who has just arrived in the UK after riding all the way from Oz.

Cheryl said, at the show on November 1: “I think it’s sick! Do they think there are no women riders? We’re the biggest growing sector in motorcycling.”

She wanted an official T-shirt as a memento of her time in the UK in her worldwide ride – but she won’t be buying this one.
