Gordon Brown could be rifling through your pockets again today (Wednesday, March 16) – it’s Budget Day.

You can watch Brown make his speech live by following THIS LINK (external site). You’ll see Prime Minister’s Question Time from 12noon with the Chancellor taking centre stage from 12.30pm. Select ‘Prime Minister’s Question Time from ‘Broadcasts’.

No one is predicting much of a break for motorcyclists or road users in general – apart from a freeze on fuel tax, worth over a penny a litre.

But we’ll be keeping an eye on developments and hope to bring any bike-specific impact to you as it happens.
