Sheene Run: your pics

We asked for you to send in your pictures of the Sheene Run, which took place in Rugby at the weekend and here are some of the best.

Over 10,000 people turned out to the event to pay homage to one of the greatest riders ever and see some of the amazing bikes.

Marion Schumacher sent in her pictures saying it was “A great day indeed, and a fab mix of bikes.”

Steve Cartwright added: “The sight and sound of the bikes from yesteryear was fantastic and for a good cause whilst many people fondly remembered Barry Sheene.

“Excellent organisation too, right down to ensuring visitors bikes really were secure by way of checks on the exit to the car park. Thank you to everyone who made the day so memorable.”
