Bike-theft breakthrough

Three men are helping police with their inquiries in connection with a series of bike thefts in London.

They are being interviewed about thefts from central London streets over Christmas and into February this year.

The force earlier issued a description and registration number of the van used in each of the thefts to warn riders and to enlist our help in tracking the van.

motorcyclenews.com users were asked to call 999 if they spotted it. It’s not clear yet how the men being questioned came to the police’s attention.
