MCN Products Awards 2004

The next group of awards honours the best products available to todays riders and the companies that supply them.

The first Product of the Year category is for clothing and the shortlist includes the Shoei XR1000 helmet, Teknic Violator suit, Arlen Ness Kangaroo race suit, Texport TX1 gloves and Schuberth S1 helmet.

The winner of this award was put to the ultimate test by MCN’s own BSB racer Adam Hitchcox earlier this year when another riders crash saw him riding through a petrol fireball and escaping unscathed.

The winner of the MCN Clothing Product of the Year is the Teknic Violator suit.

Nominations for MCN accessory or service Product of the year are the Meta Alarm system, Yoshimura Tri-Oval exhaust, BMW Mtorrad Navigator II and World of BMW.

The winner has had rav reviews and storming success and is a dream buy for many bikers.

The shortlist for the MCN Tyre of the year award includes the Pirelli Diablo, Bridgestone Battlax BT014 and Metzeler Roadtec Z6.

The winner fo this catagory suits the majority of performance mad bikers down to a tee, offering top notch road and track performance both in the dry and the wet.

The winner of the MCN Tyre of the year award is the Bridgestone BT014.

The award for Wholesaler of the year sees nominations for some of the most forward thinking companies in motorcycling including Tran Am, Pheonix and Feridax.

The winner sets new higher standards for marketing, delivery and innovative products every year and has seen massive success in 2004.

The MCN Wholesaler of the year award goes to Feridax.
