Win your firm a free motorcycle park

Your firm could get a free motorcycle park if you can prove yours is the ‘Most Motorcycle Friendly Company’.

The competition is part of the annual Ride 2 Work Day, organised by the Motor Cycle Industry Association, and taking place on July 28 2004. The aim of the day is to get as many people to travel to work by bike or scooter. And the company which produces the highest percentage of people on two wheels will get a free motorcycle park worth more than £1500. The only rule is that the contest is not open to any firm within the motorcycle industry.

MCI Public Affair Director Craig Carey-Clinch said, ” This year we want to open up Ride To Work day to people who aren’t involved in the motorcycle industry but are interested in finding a faster and easier way to get to work.

” Congestion is a growing problem and travelling to work by motorcycle, moped or scooter is really the only way to go. ”
