Perfect night for a ride

There can rarely be better circumstances for an evening rideout than those lining up for the evening of June 21, 2004.

Not only is it the longest day today (with a sunset time of 9.20pm in London) but with England playing a crunch Euro 2004 game against Croatia at 7.45pm, the roads should be spectacularly quiet. The further north you go the longer it will take for the sun to go down.
