Sell your bike faster than ever

The countdown is ticking to an all-new way to sell your bike or find the bike of your dreams. From Thursday, January 15 motorcyclenews.com changes.

You’ll find a new-look home page, much improved search functions and, for the first time on motorcyclenews.com, you’ll have the ability to place an ad for your bike online. You can choose the size, style and wording, add a picture and upload it for publication in MCN and on this website – from Thursday.

It’s the fastest way we’ve ever offered of placing your bike for sale and means (in normal conditions) your ad could appear online just hours after you place it. It can go straight in the next available issue of MCN, too – reaching a huge number of fellow motorcyclists for the quickest sale and the best deal.

On Wednesday (Jan 14) our old Bikes For Sale and Sell Your Bike sections will be switched off from 8am to allow us to make the necessary updates to the site, ready for the launch of the new system on Thursday.

Throughout this week we’ll be marking the launch of this new improved service with the latest news on the bike market, revealing which bikes have been the hot sellers of the winter, tips on picking up the best bargains and a great Fantasy Garage competition in which you can win top quality kit.

In the meantime, prepare for the future by checking out our archive of buying tips taking a look at the bikes you might want to buy or browsing through our current online used bikes for sale.
