This week on MCN TV your host Louise Brady gets some track training at the hands of the instructors at the California Superbike School and meets up with newly-crowned MCN British Superbike champion Steve Hislop.

Track-based training is something we can all benefit from and although Louise has been riding for five years, you can see where she’s picked up bad habits common to a lot of us. And how she was cured of them, too.

Louise met up with Hizzy at his home on the Isle of Man – and talks to him about the future, the title and his career.

You can catch MCN TV on Fridays at 6pm on Granada Men & Motors. It’s repeated through the week, Sunday at 8.30pm, Monday at 6.30pm and Tuesday 8pm.
