Round the world bike found

1 of 1

Yesterday, Monday November 4, we reported on the sad story of a couple from Australia, who had their bike nicked on the last leg of a pan-global charity run.

It was taken from outside Magor services on the M4 in Wales. Well, we’re happy to tell you it’s been found.

The discovery by police came to late for Ralph Dixon and Fionnuala Livingstone who had to complete the remaining miles of their 18,750-mile trek by train.

They were due to arrive at a special ceremony in London on the BMW F650GS, along with their luggage that contained donations and presents to raise money for multiple sclerosis.
