Kawasaki offer extended

Kawasaki has extended its interest free offer on new bikes. Its Fastlane Finance deal was due to run out at the end of May, but the firm has now decided to keep it running until the end of June.

The scheme gives you interest-free credit over two years if you put down a deposit of at least 10 per cent. It also offers longer repayment periods of up to five years, with a £99 deposit and interest no higher than 8.5 per cent APR.

But despite shifting more than 2000 bikes during the promotion Kawasaki’s sales have actually dropped this year. Motor Cycle Industry Association figures sold 3888 bikes until the end of April down from 3974 in the previous 12 months and its market share fell from 10.15 per cent to 9.12 per cent.
