Send us a snap of our man and win £50

The eagle-eyed among you may have spotted an MCN badge in yesterday’s Jubilee Parade, and, if you took a snap of him you could earn yourself £50.

Our reporter Dale Lomas took a spot among 49 other Brit-bikes to commemorate 50 years of biking in the UK. If you were listening to the commentary, you may have heard the BBC’s Wayne Hemmingway exclaim " The scrambler’s just done a wheelie! "

Well, that isn’t quite the whole story, as Lomas explains: " As the other machines set off on their drag-strip start down the mall, I hung around and let the path clear.

" I wasn’t riding a scrambler either, I was riding a new CCM R30 Supermoto. It would have been rude not to salute the Queen with a good fourth-gear wheelie – so I did. And I followed it up with a stoppie in front of the Royal Box.

" I’m not sure who was the most impressed, the Queen or myself. I could tell Prince William wanted a go though! "
