1 of 1

MCN’s multi-award-winning website, motorcyclenews.com, is on the hunt for two star performers to make a real impact on Britain’s biggest biking site.

Both roles place you at the heart of the MCN team, the world’s biggest dedicated bike news gathering outfit.

You’ll meet the stars, get the chance to ride the bikes of your dreams and be given the support, training and encouragement to make the most of your potential.

We need committed, passionate people – and in return we’ll pay you well, help you develop a rewarding career and offer you a host of benefits, from pensions to share schemes.

We’re looking for:

Web journalist (quote reference 21/209).

You’ll have at least a year’s experience in top class journalism and be ready for the challenge of keeping the site up to the minute with breaking news, published accurately, clearly and fast. You’ll be brimming with ideas to inspire interaction with our hundreds of thousands of users, understand what makes motorcyclists tick and know your way around the law as it applies to the internet. The job gives you the opportunity to set your own agenda. You’ll need to be a good communicator and be as capable of working in a team as you are of motivating yourself to explore the boundaries of what the web can do.

Editorial Assistant (quote reference 21/208)

You’ll be itching for your break into the frontline of journalism, a fast learner, computer literate and ready to tackle administrative tasks as readily as interviewing the biggest stars in motorcycling. Ideally, you know your way around bikes and are a regular on the internet.

Prove yourself and this role will prove a stepping stone to an exciting and fulfilling career in the motorcycle media.
