Daytona by night

Daytona Bike Week is now in full swing in Florida, attracting close to 300,000 bike fans.

Based around the Daytona 200 race, the Bike Week action is actually more about babes in their underwear and the sound of wildly over the top Harley-Davidsons in bar-filled streets than it is about racing.

As the week goes on we’re getting more and more pictures for you to share in the atmosphere. More are being added each day so keep checking back.

The higher the temperatures rise the less the ladies will be wearing. We’re particularly looking forward to the traditional ladies coleslaw wrestling when the sun comes out.

Those who do make it to the track can expect high-speed action in classes ranging from superbikes to classics.

The week peaks with a supercross on Saturday and the 200 itself on Sunday, a race which has attracted the likes of Foggy in the past. And there are rumours that he’s knocking around there right now, despite the fact that the BBC would really rather he was on his way to Valencia for the opening WSB round.
