suspension set up

Help please? own a Honda CBR600FS2 2002 and the suspension set up is for someone who is a lot heavier than myself.

I am 9stone 12lbs and 5ft 5inches tall, can you recommend some settings so I can change from the very hard settings I have now. Regards Phil.
