You bet.Like all the new 2018 Softails, the Sport Glide uses the new four-valve, partially oil-cooled ‘Milwaukee Eight’ 107ci V-twin, as introduced in its 2017 touring range, with a new oil cooler subtly positioned between the downtubes. It’s a significant improvement, punchy, torquey yet just as characteristically Harley as ever. Unfortunately, however, the 114ci version offered on some Softails isn’t offered here.It’s a classic, big twin Harley cruiser with detachable accessories – mini ‘Batwing’ screen plus neat hard panniers – that enable it to be quickly converted into a tourer – so it’s got some good stuff, but nowhere near as much as the ‘proper’, full –dress tourers.
