When you’re adventure touring, you have a lot to think about: Where is the next place I can get fuel for my bike? Where will I sleep tonight? What’s around the next trail bend? So, you simply don’t have the bandwidth to be questioning your kit.

Over the twenty years, Leatt has stacked up numerous technical patents and trademarks, from their Neck Brace, 360 Turbine Technology in their helmets, 3DF, Reaflex and Flexmesh impact protection, HydraDri Membranes, or the NanoGrip and MicronGrip glove materials to name a few, safety is woven into the design without getting in the way of the fun.
Leatt has structured their apparel in four pretty clear-cut series:
- The Multi Tour for all climate and season functionality.
- The Flow Tour for warm climates, which comes with a removeable membrane for when the rain catches you out.
- The Dri Tour, all out bad weather gear featuring the HydraDri membrane and removable thermal liner.
- Rally, the offroad adventure rider that wants unmatched comfort on the bike.
Coming from Motocross and Enduro, protection is probably what Leatt is most renowned for. They have a very extensive range of 3DF (foam impact protection), Reaflex (gel-based protection) and Flexmesh Pro (dual polymer impact protection) body protectors. The fact that all of their Tour series is sold with a full body set of CE Level 2 3DF inserts as standard shows how dedicated they are to rider safety.
An ADV helmet is different to an off-road helmet, it is designed to minimize drag and lift for a smoother ride at higher speeds. Independent wind tunnel testing has shown up to 8% less drag and up to 38% less lift than benchmark adventure helmets. The extra wide eye port and face shield delivers unmatched vision, resulting in increase rider safety and comfort. Riders can easily transition between road use and off-road use thanks to the easy-twist toolless release mechanism. Simply twist and unclip the face shield to wear goggles and maximize airflow.

The rear of the jacket houses up to one and a half liters of hydration, with a hose that neatly feeds through the jacket and secured firmly on the front. Soft and durable with inner knee panels, the Leatt ADV Multitour 7.5 pants are some of the most versatile riding pants on the market. Designed to be worn in four different ways, the pants offer insulation and waterproofing, a ventilated Ripstop shell, and removable thermal and HydraDri MAX waterproof liners. Especially useful when the weather turns bad, the pants are fitted with removable shoulder braces for outstanding comfort and a rear connection zipper for jacket integration.
