James May one third of The Grand Tour and long time motorcycle enthusiast also happens to have a real love for taking things apart and putting them back together. Which is what he does with a Honda Z50 Mini Trail in the latest episode of The Reassembler.

May starts at the very beginning, counting out the bearings for the forks, before assembling the suspension. Along the way he struggles to open the front brake shoes, argues why he believes you should always put your tools back in their place after you use them and even plays a tune using a hammer and his spanners.

He almost makes assembling an entire motorcycle seem like fun.
