Video: Owner fights off two bike thieves with nunchuks

Two motorcycle thieves in Croydon got a bit more than they bargained for when the owner of the bike they were trying to steal fought back, despite one of the thieves brandishing nunchuks.

The two thieves were both protected with full face helmets, but neither expected the owner to put up much of a fight.

The owner fearlessly confronts the nunchuk-wielding thief, pushing him against a car before taking the nunchuks and using him against the thief. The second thief leaves the bike to help is mate, but the two decide to make a run for it when a passerby runs to stop the theft.

The Metropolitan Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward and contact them by calling 101 or 0800 555 111.
