Donington Park MotoGP: Bradley Smith fourth in morning Warm Up

Bradley Smith has set the fourth fastest time of this morning’s 20-minute 125cc Warm-Up session.

Smith lapped with a 1.40.915, losing just under a second to Mike Di Meglio who topped the Warm-Up timing sheets, as he does the 125cc championship at the moment.

The British rider is still riding with the injuries sustained at both the Mugeelo and Catalan Grand Prix, and two crashes yesterday in the wet did the Oxford lad no favours at all.

But Smith finished this morning’s dry but blustery session as the top Brit with Scott Redding, who starts from the front row of the grid for the race, in 5th, a tenth slower than Bradley, and Danny Webb way down in 30th.

Webb did only complete four laps of the session however due to a crash on the exit of McLeans corner.

The 125cc race kicks off at noon.
