  • BMW S1000R (2025-on)

    MCN rating
    5 out of 5 (5/5)

It still delivers brain-shredding acceleration when you open the taps, the chassis oozes feel in all conditions and its brakes are brutally powerful and packed with feel.

  • YAMAHA R9 (2025-on)

    MCN rating
    5 out of 5 (5/5)

Yamaha’s new R9 mixes the friendly power delivery of an MT-09 with the sharp handling of a full-blown supersports weapon and a riding position that isn’t too extreme

  • HONDA XL750 TRANSALP (2023-on)

    Overall owners' rating
    5 out of 5 (5/5)

I like this bike a lot. It’s comfortable, quick and fun to ride, and fine for occasionally taking a pillion (one of my reasons for buying it). I bought it on a recommendation and would recommend it to others.

Owned this last of the line 5pw model since 2017. My first litre bike even though I’ve been riding 600 sports bikes since around 2001.What a bike! I’ve had an array of Suzuki GSXR 600’s, Honda CBR 600’s and even a Thundercat but by a county mile this is the best bike I’ve ever...

    Overall owners' rating
    5 out of 5 (5/5)

Outstanding build quality. A very rare and unusual motorcycle here in the UK. People of all ages want to know about it. Super smooth v-twin performance. The most comfortable bike I have ever ridden or owned. Handles remarkably well, both at slow speed and cornering. Makes me smile every time I...

  • DUCATI MULTISTRADA 1000 (2004-2009)

    Overall owners' rating
    5 out of 5 (5/5)

I just love the thing, it's quirkiness, it's standing out from the crowdness... the overall package is simply brilliant in my opinion. In town and slow traffic it's far from perfect but get on any open road and it thanks you with a beautiful 'at last, I can breathe and express myself'.
