Sammy Miller makes New Year Honours list

Motorcycling has been included in the Queen’s New Year Honours List with the inclusion of Sammy Miller who has been made an OBE.

The honour has been given as a reward for his services to motorcycling heritage from years of work at the Sammy Miller museum.

There are no other motorcycling honours given with many big name sports stars like Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton and Olympic stars like sailor Ben Ainslie also included.
