Aprilia RS250 Simoncelli tribute

It’s not quite finished yet but here’s what I’ve been working on for the past couple of months.

It started out as a fairly scruffy Aprilia RS250 which I stripped, cleaned, serviced, MoT’d etc.

I added the RS body work, pipes and carbon bits from Jap4performance, and then set about painting it.

I don’t have a workshop so all this was done in the back yard, including the painting. It’s not too bad for a rattle can job!

I was lucky enough to meet Marco in Malaysia when he won the 250GP championship so I thought this was a nice way to say thanks to him.
